Our firm has 200 skilled works and is outfitted with more than 220 standard sewing machines and 20 advanced varieties. This allows us to produce 60,000 pieces each month to meet your demands for volume. Contemporary Designs and Customization We have a professional R&D team, 2 senior designers with nearly 10 years of experience, 5 engineers and several technicians. Every month, we can provide you with more than 100 new products for your update. Our R&D department also works with Nanjing Arts Institute (the second biggest arts institute in China). Our sample lead time is 3-7 working days. Our Selection of 100% Silk Products Our sel ection includes duvets, comforters, throws, blankets, sheet sets, duvet covers, pillowcases and shams. All items are made of 100% silk. ISO9001:2000 Compliant Inspection We comply with ISO9001:2000 standard. We have 8 senior QC engineers with nearly 5 years of experience. They are familiar with each step in production and well know each kind of our products. Every production line will be operated by 4 QC operators. We will do strict inspection from the raw material to mass production, semi-products, sample check, packing and delivery. All the production information will be recorded in report and our factory can forward these production reports to clients if needed. Since 2002, we have always kept 100% qualification ratio. Our raw materials are in line with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
